This smooth green tea pairs well with the fruity sweetness of raspberries in a tea worthy of the Queen-themed pun in its name. The green tea that serves as the base of this tea is actually a Chinese variation on sencha, which is traditionally a Japanese steamed green tea.

Raspberry Black Tea

  • 1 tsp. per 8 oz. 170° F spring water

    Steep 2 minutes


    Alter the tea volume, water temperature and steeping time to your personal preference.

    • Place 6 Tbsp. of loose leaves in a large sachet or infuser
    • Heat 4 cups of water to 170 degrees F
    • Pour hot water over leaves and steep for 2 minutes
    • Add 2/3 cup sugar (Optional) and stir to disolve
    • Allow tea to cool to room temprature
    • Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days

    Serve over a glass of ice
