Policies
Kathleen's Kitchen accepts cash, Zelle for no additional fee and most major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp for a 10% processing fee. I do not accept personal checks.
Baked goods are only available for pickup or local delivery. I am unable to ship prepared foods at this time.

All pre-ordered baked goods require payment 24 hours in advance and are non-refundable. Changes to pre-orders may be subject to ingredient availability and/or my baking schedule. I always do my best to accommodate my customers when possible.

Delivery is available for orders of $30 or more. A delivery fee of 75 cents per mile will be added to all delivery orders. In the event that Kathleen has more than one order to deliver to your area at the same time, the delivery fee will be divided among all the orders.

Customers who fail to pick-up or receive the scheduled delivery of their pre-ordered items will not be eligible for refund and may not be permitted to pre-order again in the future.

Items are available for refund at Kathleen's discretion only when returned prior to the "Best By" date printed on the item label along with a copy of the receipt.
